Exchange and return policy
Our objective is for every client to feel completely satisfied. If for any reason (size, colour..) you are not completely satisfied when you receive your order, you have 5 days to return of exchange it, as long as it has not been used. In order to return or exchange an article you have to contact us within 5 working days after you have received your order info@broerenzus.nl The article you want to return has to be send to Broer & Zus, Rozengracht 104, 1016 NG Amsterdam. Please don't forget to enclose the return form which is included in the package.
On this return shipping form please state your bank account number, including IBAN and BIC code and the name of the account, when you did not pay fort the order by creditcard. The Netherlands. The amount due will be refunded to your bankaccount within 14 days after we have received the article. Returned goods which show signs of use or which are damaged can not be exchanged.
If you want to exchange an item for somethhing else, we will pay for the shipping costs on your new order. Return shipping costs and risk are for the person returning. We advise to send your return package trough classified mail.
