Terms and Conditions
1 - payment
The ordered goods must be paid by Credit Card (Visa, Eurocard Mastercard) by iDEAL or in advance to our bankaccount in The Netherlands. Our IBAN code is NL88 PSTB 0005374379 and our BIC code is PSTBNL 21. Payment by cheque is not possible.
2 - shipping and delivery
The costs of delivery within the Netherlands is
€ 6,50 and within Europe is € 9,50. Please contact us for delivery costs outside Europe. Orders will be sent within 3 working days after receiving the advance payment. The goods will be sent by standard delivery by TNT Post in The Netherlands. If the ordered goods are not in stock you will be contacted immediately on working days by Broer & Zus.
3 - exchange and return policy
Any goods that are not to your liking can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery. In order to return or exchange an article you have to contact us within 10 working days after you have received your order info@broerenzus.nl The article you want to return has to be send to Broer & Zus, Rozengracht 104, 1016 NG Amsterdam, The Netherlands. The amount due will be refunded to your bankaccount within 14 days after we have received the article. Returned goods which show signs of use or which are damaged can not be exchanged.
4 - privacy policy
When you place an order we use your information to process your order. We will send you an email to confirm your order and may need to contact you if we have questions regarding your order. If at any time you would like us to remove you from our email mailing list, feel free to contact us by -mail. Please be sure to include your email address and full name. We will not pass on your information to third parties.
5 - intellectual property
This website, its name, the design and layout is protected by intellectual property law. Nothing from the website can be used for other websites and/or other purposes except with the permission of Broer & Zus.
6 - other
The purchase shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands without giving effect to any principles or conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any other reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provision.
